Throughout Debbie’s 20 years’ experience in the Accounting, Insurance and Health fields, she has worked for many small businesses and developed herself as a hands on dynamic leader, able to see the big picture and develop procedures and processes to improve office efficiency. Debbie brings management, leadership and strong communication skills from her previous roles and continual personal and professional development. She joined SPLICE in 2011 to manage client accounts and campaigns. In 2016 she transitioned to the Audio Engineering role after finding a love for creating the natural sounding audio for our Data Driven Dialogs. Additionally, Debbie works alongside her husband in the family photography business, Studio White. Debbie was honored in 2015 with a Stevie Award for Employee of the Year in Business and holds certifications in Intuit QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, and The Center for Aromatherapy and Research Education. She is a passionate volunteer with MPACT Movement, Grow Calgary, Landmark Education, and Food for the SOL.
