With multiple years of industry-related experience, Marcia spearheads the Marketing department at SPLICE - ensuring optimal delivery of our brand promise through a happy, supported team. Marcia holds a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, in English Literature from Mount Royal University, she speaks proficient Portuguese, elementary French and Spanish, and has successfully completed courses in management, leadership and graphic design.
