Michael Paulenko is our Insurance Industry Specialist at SPLICE Software. Paulenko brings considerable expertise in the property and casualty (P and C) insurance and technology domains. Most recently, Paulenko spent 5 years at 1insurer (Innovation Group) and several years with Guidewire where he was a key contributor to these companies growth in policy, billing, claims and enterprise solutions. Prior to Guidewire, Paulenko operated TANNIN Technologies Ltd., and completed many successful projects, such as a claims front-end and a BOP online system which helped a mid western company gain project recognition from A.M. Best and IASA. The underlying foundation for Paulenko was as a principle at K-Z Insurance a full lines general insurance brokerage/agency. Throughout his career, he has focused on the nexus where technology, business and people connect, at SPLICE, he will to build a strong relationship between SPLICE, our partners, clients and their policyholders.
