Kim holds the title of Accounting Manager at SPLICE Software but wears many hats, including managing human resources and leading the Business Office team. She is passionate about creating a workplace culture where wins are celebrated and team members can be their best selves. Kim holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and, in her spare time, can be found raising her two daughters to be the next generation of strong women leaders.
